3 Tools for a Productive Week – ElPropósito2 min de lectura
In a culture of constant change, which skills will last? How do you reinvent yourself? How do you stay focused?

Change has always been a constant in my life, often sparked by reading and by my curiosity about the world. Here are tools I’ve put into practice and still use:
- Book of the week: Reinventing You. Looking for a book that gives you a step-by-step road map to build a career where you can thrive with your passions and talents? This is one of the resources that has guided me, and I can recommend it. Dorie Clark is one of my favorite authors, with a fantastic résumé, especially in self-reinvention
- Article of the week: "What should I learn today to have a job in the future?" Which skills will NOT be automated? We’re living through unprecedented technological change (the spread and interconnection of the internet, artificial intelligence, machine learning, "algorithms" and more) that is replacing all kinds of jobs all over the world. Once again, an HBR article, with the 7 skills that won’t be automated
- Video of the week: Mindfulness. Want to recognize your feelings and emotions and keep them under control? To be here and now, out of the past and the future? Watch this video by Dr. Mario Alonso Puig, with a live exercise to take your first step toward meditation. Bonus (reading): How meditation helps you become a better leader
"Now I say," said Don Quixote at this point, "that he who reads much and walks much sees much and knows much." Miguel de Cervantes, Don Quixote, Part Two, Chapter XXV
Miguel de Cervantes, don Quijote de La Mancha Segunda Parte Capt XXV
Is there something you’re reading or watching that you’d recommend to me?
