01 Who Is Responsible for Your Data
I am Rodrigo Baccaro, an executive and team coach, and I am the data controller for this website.

- Contact form: your first name, last name, email address, and your message or the service you are interested in
- Newsletter subscription: your email address and, if you provide it, your name
- Session scheduling: the information you enter when booking through Calendly, such as your name, email address, and chosen time
- Visit statistics: general browsing data, such as pages viewed, device type, and approximate country
03 How I Use Your Data
- To reply to your messages and discuss the services you are interested in
- To send you the newsletter with my articles, if you subscribed
- To organize and confirm the sessions you schedule
- To understand which content is read most, so I can improve the website
I do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
04 Legal Basis for Processing
I process your data on the basis of your consent. You give it when you submit the form, subscribe, or schedule a session, and you agree that I may use the data for the purposes described above. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
05 Who Receives Your Data
To operate the website, I rely on a few third-party services, which process data under their own privacy policies:
- Sender: delivery of the newsletter by email
- Calendly: session scheduling
- Jetpack Stats: visit statistics
- WordPress.com: website hosting and image delivery
Some of these services may store data in other countries.
06 How Long I Keep Your Data
- Contact messages: for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and follow up
- Newsletter email address: until you unsubscribe
- Scheduling data: for as long as it is useful for organizing our sessions
If you ask me to delete your data sooner, I will.
07 Your Rights and How to Exercise Them
You may ask me at any time for:
- Access: to know what data I hold about you
- Rectification: to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Erasure: to have your data deleted
- Unsubscribe: to stop receiving the newsletter
To unsubscribe from the newsletter, use the link at the bottom of every email. For anything else, write to me at [email protected] and I will reply personally.
08 Cookies
This website uses cookies, which are small files stored in your browser. WordPress uses them so the site works properly, for example to remember your details if you leave a comment. Jetpack Stats and third-party services such as Calendly may also use their own cookies. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the website may not work the same way.
09 Minors
This website is intended for adults and organizations. I do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has sent me their data, write to me and I will delete it.
10 Changes to This Policy
If I change anything in this policy, I will publish the change on this page with a new update date.
