About Rodrigo

I am passionate about supporting people and teams who want to build the best possible future. I believe there are moments, in life and in organizations, when quality support helps people find key answers and bring out their best. That is where coaching helps my clients grow.

I am an executive and team coach with more than 2,600 hours of coaching with leaders and teams across North, Central, and South America, the Caribbean, and Europe. I am also a consultant in strategy, corporate governance, and project management.

I hold a degree in Agroindustry Engineering from Zamorano, an MBA with a specialization in Finance and Economics from INCAE Business School, and a Master’s degree, cum laude, in Project Management and Direction from Universidad del Valle de Guatemala (UVG), where I now direct the program. I am certified as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and as an executive coach by INCAE. I am also a Success Coach through Success Unlimited Network (SUN), one of the oldest ICF-accredited coaching programs, and a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certified by PMI.

I was a founder and the first president of the ICF Guatemala chapter, where I now serve as vice president of the Board of Directors. Since 2019, I have been a guest supervisor in INCAE’s coaching certification programs, and I teach project management at the master’s and undergraduate levels at Universidad del Valle de Guatemala.

In more than 15 years of professional experience, I have led projects and transformations in companies across Central and South America, in agribusiness, industry, transportation, energy, and telecommunications.

My life purpose is to be the best father, husband, and friend, working with passion, courage, and meaning to enjoy every second of life.

Outside of work, I am a private pilot, and I enjoy cooking, reading, triathlon training, and writing on my blog.
