How to Prioritize Projects in a Company: An HBR Article – ElPropósito1 min de lectura
An excellent HBR article on why so many projects linger in a company without being tied to anything, and what to do about it

An excellent Harvard Business Review article on how so many projects drift along in a company and survive despite being aligned to nothing, eating up resources and overloading teams. It explains how this happens and what to do about it.

What I find interesting is how essential technology and tracking tools are, from the moment an initiative is identified, through execution, to its close. They put the information you need for decisions within reach when it’s time to prioritize.
Required reading for anyone sailing with a fleet of projects who knows they need to get out of several of them to stay on course, or even to stay afloat.
