Ten years of happiness

Today my beautiful prince turns ten: ten years of joy and happiness by your side, my precious love. Today I thank God and the Virgin for your life and for every moment we’ve shared with you. It sounds simple, yet these have been years in which you’ve had to go through so much, including the loss of your brother, the brother you longed for so dearly. Who would have thought you’d face something so hard at such a young age, my love. I still can’t believe it, and in the end, with your intelligence and your great charisma, you’ve found your way forward.
Today I ask God to enlighten you and guide every step of your purpose in this life. May your next decade, and the thousand I wish for your life, be filled with the very best. Thank you for making me a dad and for letting me enjoy life through unique moments I want to live to the fullest.
