37 Books for 2018 and a Goal – ElPropósito2 min de lectura
A book list has always been my frame of reference and the support I need to decide what to read. Here’s what I’ll be reading in 2018

First, this isn’t a final list. New books come out throughout the year, friends make recommendations and so on, so it pays to stay open to new options and accept that the list will change. Last year I started with this list https://wp.me/p8aOaj-6b and finished with this one https://wp.me/p8aOaj-7S. Even so, 63% of the books I ended up reading came from the original list. The rest were titles added for the reasons above. The main thing has always been to enjoy it, and second, to meet my goal.
Thank you to all the friends and family who sent me their recommendations one way or another. You can see the joy when someone recommends a book from the heart, and it almost always comes with "this one’s amazing," "you can’t miss this one," "I couldn’t put this one down," "I read this one when I was…" Those words mean a lot and keep me motivated, and what I like most is going back to that person to talk about the book.
This year’s reading goal is still a stretch. At a minimum: "Read 2 books a month in 2018."
Here’s my list. I hope it’s a useful reference, and as always, thank you for your comments.
